Ingredients

Raspberry layer
- 1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
Golden peach base
- 1 small orange, peeled and separated
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1–2 frozen ripe peaches (about 1 1/2 cups frozen peach chunks)
- 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract
- Tiny pinch of sea salt and black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Method
- 1
Mash the raspberries in a small bowl with a fork until juicy. Strain the seeds if you like a smoother layer, or leave them for texture. Set aside.
- 2
Add the orange, carrot, frozen peaches, ginger, turmeric, vanilla, salt, pepper, lemon juice and water to a blender.
- 3
Blend on high until thick, smooth and creamy.

- 4
Pour a third of the golden smoothie into a tall glass, then spoon in a third of the mashed raspberry. Repeat the layers twice more for a beautiful sunrise effect.
- 5
Serve immediately with a straw, garnished with a peach slice, for the best color and texture.

- 6
Bon appetit..

Tips
- The pinch of black pepper isn't optional — it helps your body absorb the turmeric.
- Use frozen peaches for a thick, creamy, frosty texture without any ice.
- Pour slowly over the back of a spoon to keep the layers crisp and defined.
