- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp mixed seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Creamy Sauce
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup double cream
- Salt & black pepper
- Pasta
- 300g pasta (penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine)
- Reserved pasta water (optional)

Marinate the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, coriander, mixed seasoning, soy sauce, and olive oil for at least 2 hours.

Cook the pasta until al dente and reserve a little pasta water.

Sear the chicken in butter until golden, then set aside.

In the same pan, cook the onion and garlic. Stir in the tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes, and double cream.

Return the chicken to the sauce and simmer until fully cooked.

Slice the chicken, toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, adding a splash of pasta water if needed, then serve with the sliced chicken on top.
