- Steak Wrap
- 1 large beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 slices Emmental cheese
- 1 large flour tortilla
- Spicy mayonnaise
- Spring onions, sliced
- Sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- Parmesan Fries
- Crispy fries
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Sliced spring onions

In a small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, light soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the thinly sliced steak until browned, then add the sliced green bell pepper and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.

Pour the prepared sauce over the steak and peppers. Stir well and cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is evenly coated and glossy.

Lay the Emmental cheese slices over the hot steak mixture, cover the pan, and let the cheese melt completely.

Spread a generous layer of spicy mayonnaise over one side of a flour tortilla.

Spoon the cheesy steak filling onto the tortilla, sprinkle with sliced spring onions, then fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
